Delete your Patorana account

You can delete your Patorana account, made by Terrigence Labs, at any time. You don't need to keep the app installed.

Delete in the app

1. Open Patorana and go to your Account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Confirm when asked.

Delete without the app

Email hello@terrigencelabs.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Patorana account". We may need to confirm it's you before we delete anything.

What happens next

• Straight away: sign-in is blocked, and your email and name are removed.
• Within 30 days: everything else is erased, including synced records, photos and stories.
• On your device: trips, journal entries and photos kept only on your phone are removed when you delete the app.

What we keep

Encrypted daily backups are kept for 35 days and monthly backups for 12 months, then deleted, so deleted information can remain in a backup until then. We do not restore deleted accounts from backups. Read the privacy policy for details.
